Helpshift is a one-stop shop for brands looking to care more effectively for their customers. Over several years I worked directly with the Helpshift team to evolve their brand, website and produce large amounts of content to attract new customers to their platform. During my time working with Helpshift we launched a user conference event called Resolve, which hosted its first event in San Francisco. I created a unique brand style for their pop-up events for Dreamforce on multiple years. Also went out to San Francisco and did a large photoshoot utilizing team members as the talent.
